Meatball Roasted Chicken

Meatball Roasted Chicken

I love roasting chicken this way! It is a meat lovers delight.

7 or 8 lb Oven Stuffer Roaster Chicken
6 or 8 cloves of garlic peeled
10 frozen meatballs(Turkey, Italian, or Angus)
1 small onion quartered
½ stick of melted butter
Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning(oregano, rosemary & thyme)
Place in 350 degree oven 3 to 4 hours to your desired likeness.

I buy an oven stuffer roaster chicken approximately 7 lbs.
Be sure to remove the innards and neck in the paper pouch.
Wash it inside and out with salt and cool water.
Place in an aluminum lined lasagna pan.
Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
Place 6 or 8 cloves of peeled garlic under the breast skin of the chicken.
Stuff the cavity of the chicken with approximately 10 frozen meatballs.
Either, Turkey, Italian, or Angus frozen meatballs.
Cut an onion into 6/8 sections and stuff in between the meatballs.
Pour ½ stick of melted butter all over the chicken.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and Italian Seasoning(oregano, rosemary, & thyme) all over the chicken.
Put the chicken in a 350 degree oven for approximately 3 to 4 hours, cooked to you liking.
Try it! You will love it! Quick and easy, and, delish!
