CELEBRATING AUTUMN WITH PASTA FAGIOLI



CELEBRATING AUTUMN WITH MY NEIGHBOR'S PASTA Y FAGIOLI...YUMLICIOUS!

RECIPE:
SAUTE 2 CHOPPED CLOVES OF GARLIC AND 1 CHOPPED ONION
IN         2 TBSP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED.
ADD SEASONING, SALT, PEPPER, AND CRUSHED RED PEPPER AND BASIL.
ADD    2 SMALL CANS OF TOMATO SAUCE AND BRING TO A SIMMER.
ADD    2 CANS OF WATER AND CONTINUE TO SIMMER.
ADD    1 CAN OF CANNELLINI BEANS AND CONTINUE TO SIMMER WHILE COOKING THE PASTA, 1 LB OF ELBOWS, SMALL SHELLS, OR YOUR PREFERENCE.
DRAIN PASTA, SAVING SOME PASTA WATER FOR HYDRATION LATER ON.
COMBINE PASTA WITH TOMATO SAUCE AND ENJOY!
