Prepare: Butter a bundt pan and pour 1/2 cup brown sugar spreading around bottom of pan.
Prepare: Combine 2 apples peeled and cubed, 1 stick butter cubed, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and set aside.
Empty 1 box prepared yellow cake mix in bowl and make a well.
Into 1 cup of warm water crack 3 eggs then add 1/2 cup of vegetable oil.
Pour water, eggs, and oil into well in cake mix and hand mix for 2 minutes.
Then pour mixture into bundt pan over the brown sugar.
Spread cubed apple mixture, evenly, around the top of the cake mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yumlicious!
